Description

Hello, and welcome to Udemy’s most comprehensive data analytics course! When you start your career as a data analyst, Python and Tableau are two skills you should have if you want to be a master data analyst.

This course is ideal for novices who want to improve their data analytics abilities. You may also build a great online portfolio of your work that you can link to on your CV.

This Python and Tableau course will teach you the fundamentals of data analytics at every level of the pipeline in 11+ hours. This course will take you from novice to professional programming, even if you have no prior programming expertise.

The following are some of the reasons why you should take this course:

  • Our learning will be project-based, with basic ideas in Python and Tableau addressed as they arise in the real-world projects we’ll be working on.
  • You’ll get hands-on experience with both Python and Tableau, two data analytics powerhouses.
  • Also know how to clean and analyze data in Python before visualizing it in Tableau, which is a common end-to-end approach among data analysts nowadays.
  • You will have the opportunity to exhibit your work in an online portfolio.

You work on a lot of different projects.

This is a sales analysis for Value, Inc., a well-known retail company. We’re going to be working on this for a long time.

To clean our data, we use Python to do the following. We use popular libraries like Pandas, and we learn how to work with data frames, perform calculations, and more. Tableau is where we will learn how to make calculations, parameters, and build a dashboard for the sales manager.

Besides working on a loan analysis for Blue Bank, we’ll also be working on one for a bank. Python and Tableau are being used by the Blue Bank to look at people who have taken out loans but might not be able to pay them back. We learn how to read JSON files, use lists, dictionaries, Numpy, and if statements to work with lists, dictionaries, and other things. We also learn how to use exceptions for loops and plots in the Python language, as well. Once that’s done, we move the data to Tableau and build charts, work with Tableau Calculations, and make a dashboard that can be used by anyone.

We’re also going to do sentiment and keyword analysis for Blog Me, too. A blogging site wants us to look at news headlines and figure out how people feel about them. Here, we use a natural language processing library called Vader, which can figure out how people feel about Python. It’s also important that we learn about functions and classes in Python. Once we get the data into Tableau, we learn how to join it, work with sets and context filtering, and make a dashboard that can be used.

When you finish this class, you’ll know a lot about Python and Tableau. There are a lot of different ways to be good at data analysis. You’ll use your skills so that you can quickly analyze and visualize data.
