Description

Yoga is the union of the mind, body, and soul, and it is called yoga. Physical yoga is what most people think of when they think of yoga. However, this is only one part of yoga. During this class, we’ll learn more about yoga philosophy, with a focus on Patanjali’s 8 limbs of yoga, which we’ll learn more about. Also, this course has practical classes that you can follow along with, so you can put what you learn into practice with a guided yoga flow, breathwork, and meditation session as well.

You don’t need any previous yoga experience or special equipment to take this course. All you need to do is show up with your body and your breath (and maybe a notebook to write down what you learn) and I’ll show you how to do the rest. The practical yoga and breathwork classes are set up so that they can be done by people who are completely new to yoga as well as people who are more experienced. The yoga class has a lot of different postures that you can choose from based on your level of experience and your own body.
