Welcome to this course, and thank you for signing up. I’m beyond thrilled to be here with you today, sharing my knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform with you. Known as GCP, Google Cloud Platform is a cloud computing service developed by Google that allows users to develop, test, deploy, and manage applications and services through the use of Google-managed data centers. Let me start by giving you a brief introduction to myself and why you should learn from me, and then I’ll quickly go over what you’ll be learning on this course.

All I ask is that you devote around 6 hours of your time to the lecture portion of the course and another 6 hours to putting what you’ve learned into practice. Consider this: if you choose to learn about the fundamentals of GCP in this manner, it will only take you around 1.5 days or 12 hours to complete the task. Remember that you should have a fundamental understanding of computer services in order for this speed to be effective; otherwise, your learning curve will be significantly longer.

During this session, we’ll go through all of the free tier goods that come with Google Cloud Platform, which includes 24 Services that have a free tier limit every month. In addition, you will receive $300 in credit that you can use to purchase some of the things within 90 days after receiving them. It is advantageous to take this technique because it requires no expenditure of funds to become acquainted with GCP.

The most effective approach to learn this course, however, is to take your time between lectures, practice what you learned in the previous session, and then move on to the next lecture, as described above. While this is my preferred technique of learning anytime I’m learning a new subject, I recognize that everyone learns in a different way, and I encourage you to find the method that works best for you as well.
