Description

I made this course to help people learn how to be in charge of their diet. Even though I go very in-depth, I have used my 19 years of teaching experience to break it down into bite-sized pieces that are very easy to understand.

Your nutrition and portion size guide, a list of foods that are OK to eat, as well as two recipes books will be given to you (vegan, plus vegetarian & meat inclusive). My store has everything you need if you are a vegan or vegetarian. There is also meat and dairy.

You will learn how each macronutrient works and why you need them – carbs, protein, and fat – and why you need to eat them.

You will be given a full three-day detox plan, then your weight loss plan. After 21 days, you will not be alone. Here, too, is very important, just like when you lose 21 pounds and keep it off.

How to keep healthy habits and what to eat every day will be covered in this class. I will answer some of the most common questions about weight loss and how to live a healthy life. I also show you how to eat healthy when you’re on vacation or in any other place.

When you come to class, you will learn why motivation doesn’t work and what to do instead.

Finally, I have added some great extra training. I talk about the importance of exercise, weight lifting vs. bodyweight training, and my ABS IN 7 DAYS Program, which is a very well-known one.
